He is MA (Pub Adm) and Economics , MBA (Marketing) and a PGDHRM . He is a practicing consultant for “Strategy & Change initiatives”. He founded Infopace in 1999 to cater to SMEs with holistic support in Mgmt consulting. He has over 18 yrs of rich management exp in International business .As a Master Franchisee (MF) of BSG TACK International was responsible for developing their business in South India from 1997 to 2003 . Apart from his initiatives in the fields of IT and Exports he has developed business in India for the Pinnacle Group, UAE and has handled numerous turnkey projects in the capacity of Regional Director prior to becoming an entrepreneur

In the last 7 years he has been assisting and working on various aspects of enterprise development strategies for the industry and initiated various programmes on Project Management , Six Sigma and other quality process. He is currently an acting consultant to several mid sized companies in India .He was also on the board of COMILE ENT LTD (NZ) and Global Venture Lab LLC (USA) in 2007

He is a certified resource person for DOOR training and consulting a German based company having its presence in 60 countries.Microsoft,Tatasky, Bharati Telesoft, KPMG, Larsen & Toubro, Spice Telecom, Tata Motors, Oracle, IndusInd Bank, Pepsi, Vodafone, Fritolay, TVS Group, Canon are some of the partial list of customers handled. Has also been an assessor in numerous Competency development centers (CDC)

His focus is on Start -ups, SMEs, mid sized companies as well as micro units. He has led change management on business models, innovation and organization climate in mergers, acquisition and also for the Government in Energy sector

He is a visiting Faculty at various B-schools for management studies.

As a CSR effort has been leading and driving social and ecological Projects in the areas of Resource Conservation, Rural Development, Organic Farming, Microfinance, Social Entrepreneurship and Education as an extension of his Change Management Drive.

His last corporate assignment was as the Group HR Head with Reliance Life Sciences including companies that are in Biopharma, Pharmaceuticals - Bulk Drugs (API) & Formulations, Clinical Research Services, Molecular Medicine, Regenerative Medicine and R&D with many employees located across US, Europe and India. Some of the industries He's worked in are oil & gas exploration, production through petroleum refining with Reliance Industries, India's largest private sector company, automobiles, heavy engineering, office automation, telecom - cellular and fixed lines, IT/ITES including Dell, the then global #1 in Computers on the Fortune 100 companies. His last corporate assignment included a Health Care and 3 Alternative Energy businesses of Bio fuels, Solar and Semiconductor many of them located across multiple geographies on the five continents of this globe.

  He is a Graduate in Psychology - University of Bombay , A Masters in Organizational Behavior from Missouri State University (USA), and a Certified Leadership Coach from Results Coaching Systems ( Australia ).

This theme progressed when he joined Abbey National in 1989 as a Business Analyst and later a Productivity Consultant and Senior Business Consultant working across the whole of the Abbey National group. Ron started as an Independent Consultant in 1996 and has undertaken Senior Change/Process roles for many blue chip clients within across many industry sectors inc. Dr Sujendra Prakash is a well-known Consultant Psychologist in India and is member of the American Psychologist Association, which is a very prestigious membership. After his graduation and Masters in psychology, he has done his PhD in his chosen field and his thesis is considered to be a path-breaking presentation and much talked about in the area of colour perceptions by the blind. He has been attached with the prestigious Christ College in Bangalore University as the Head of the dept and Reader in Psychology and he is also the founder of the department of Psychology in the Mangalore University at Ujjre. He has presented many papers nationally and internationally and has various innovations to his credit in the area of consulting psychology. At 41, he is currently the founder director of SCAPE, a well-known psychological consulting organization. His hobbies include research and development in the area of neuron programming and Consulting.

She is Founder and Chief Executive of Sukrut Human & Organization Consultants Pvt Ltd since 2002. She is a clinical psychologist by qualification & Master Trainer for Population & Adolescent Education & Reproductive health.

She did her Masters from Jodhpur University & her M.Phil from NIMHANS.

She has worked with a wide range of clients from different populations that has given her an added advantage of understanding the assets & liabilities of different groups She has been awarded the "Young scientist award in 1993 by the Indian Academy of Applied Psychology" for a paper in "Behavioral Intervention in Stammering".

Her contribution to the field of human resource was recognized by "Yuvachetana Yuvajana Kendra in 2002" with a award ---Jan Seva

She has experience of working in Rajasthan(Jodhpur), where she was instrumental in setting up a school for mentally retarded children & adolescent & took steps for training the compassionate group of teachers for handling the multiple issues that they faced. She set up processes of assessment, interaction with the medical professionals & regular parent teacher meetings as well as behavior therapy for the students She was also involved with multi specialty diagnostic unit called Nidaan Poly clinic, where she along with Dr Nagesh initiated counseling for infertile couples.
