System Study
During this phase, Infopace Consultants will study the existing system of different functions through interviews / discussions and identify the process gaps. The new processes and procedures are defined and documented based on the study report.Proposed System

Quality Manual (Process Definition)
Quality Manual also referred as "Policy Manual" for the organization that describes organizational policies and goals for delivering quality products to customers. This manual is prepared as per the requirements of CMM (KPA) and ISO 9000:2000. This manual is the basis for deriving detailed quality system procedures.Quality Manual covers the following:

Quality System Procedures
This is the second level document in the hierarchy of Quality System and it describes the methodologies for implementing the policies in detail to achieve the quality objectives. This document is prepared based on the study report. During this phase, Infopace consultants facilitate a debate on the existing processes to define suitable processes for easy and effective implementation.Tools for Implementation
These are implementation tools to demonstrate the proof of implementation of the procedure and have third level in the hierarchy of Quality System. Implementation Tools are part of the Quality System Procedures Manual and they are designed for appropriate procedure. Infopace consultants shall help DEI in designing the tools for implementation.

During this phase, an exhaustive training will be provided to the affected personnel of Customer for clear understanding of processes, which will enable them to implement effectively. A training plan and training course materials will be prepared by considering the following topics and the training will be carried out as per the plan.The following topics are covered during training:

- ISO or CMM- Rules and Regulations
- Usage of Quality System

Audits /Pre-assessments are conducted to examine the effectiveness of Quality System in an organization. During audits, sample projects will be selected based on criticality of the process. Audit observations will be recorded and wherever applicable Non-Conformances will be raised. The non-conformances and appropriate corrective actions for non-conformances will be agreed between auditor and auditee. A follow-up audit will be done to ensure the closure of non-conformance and its effectiveness.Pre-assessment
Pre Assessment will be conducted by taking Sample projects and the people involved at various stages of the projects life cycle, this will be modeled based on CMM Based Appraisal for Internal Process Improvement. (CBAIPI) method is used to understand the current status of the organization which enables the Assessor for future assessment of the organizations for maturity levels.Final Assessment
This is a CMM Based Appraisal for Internal Process Improvement (CBAIPI) method, and is used for assessing organizations for maturity levels. This assessment is carried out in a way that inputs are taken from multiple sources in different ways across the organization before observations are analyzed. Organizations' internal assessors conduct this assessment with the assistance of and SEI authorized Lead Assessor. During this phase, Maturity Questionnaires (MQ) are given to software developers / leader / managers and answers are analyzed as the first input. After the completion of MQ, Initial Document Reviews (IDR) is conducted to ensure that the organization maintains required documents and records. The observations of this review are recorded. The stage 2 of assessment is Interviewing (INT) different groups of the organization to examine the institutionalization of defined processes by questionnaires prepared by assessment team members covering all key practices of CMM based on the target maturity level and these questions are asked to various groups and Management, observations are recorded and analyzed.
Final Findings presentation is done based on overall consolidation of all observations and results of rating process. Based on this presentation, Final Findings Report will be generated and is submitted to Software Engineering Institute along with other required recordsCertification of Quality Systems
